HIGH- or LOW season:
Our LOW season starts from the 1. May to 31. October.
Our HIGH season starts from the 1. November to 30. April.
We don't have any kind of peak- or high peak season.

Bungalow:
One bungalow, with double bed or twin beds:
Low season: 650 baht or 17 Euro pr day NO breakfast
High season: 1.400 baht or 36 Euro pr day with 2 breakfast

Bungalow Monthly rates:
Low season: 12.000 baht or 308 Euro NO Breakfast
High season: 25.000 baht or 550 Euro with 2 Breakfast

Family Bungalow:
One Family bungalow, with one double bed and 2 twin beds:
Low season: 950 baht or 24 Euro pr day NO Breakfast
High season: 1.500 baht or 38 Euro pr day NO Breakfast
High season: 1.800 baht or 46 Euro pr day with 2 Breakfast
High season: 2.000 baht or 51 Euro pr day with 4 Breakfast

Family Bungalow Monthly rates:
Low season: 16.000 baht or 410 Euro NO Breakfast
High season: 29.000 baht or 744 Euro NO Breakfast
High season: 33.000 baht or 846 Euro with 2 Breakfast
High season: 37.000 baht or 949 Euro with 4 Breakfast

Deposit:
Low season: We charges 30% in deposit and that confirm your booking.
High Season: We charges 50% in deposit and that confirm your booking.

Cancellation & No show policy:
We keep the deposit, but the costomer can come some another time, the money is not lost.
If you make a early check out or cancel, we charge you 2 extra days. (ex. If a guest booked for 7 nights & check out after 2 nights, we will charge for 2 extra nights).
