Nachsaison: 12.000 baht oder 308 Euro Ohne Fruehstueck
Hauptsaison: 25.000 baht oder 550 Euro mit 2 Fruehstueck

Family Bungalow:
Eine Family bungalow, mit einem Doppel und zwei Einzelbetten:
Nachsaison: 950 baht oder 24 Euro pro Tag Ohne Fruestuck
Hauptsaison: 1.500 baht oder 38 Euro pro Tag Ohne Fruehstueck
Hauptsaison: 1.800 baht oder 46 Euro pro Tag mit 2 Fruehstueck
Hauptsaison: 2.000 baht oder 51 Euro pro Tag mit 4 Fruehstueck

Family Bungalow Monate Preise:
Nachsaison: 16.000 baht oder 410 Euro Ohne Fruehstueck
Hauptsaison: 29.000 baht oder 744 Euro Ohne Fruehstueck

Deposit:
Nachsaison: We charges 30% in deposit and that confirm your booking.
Hauptsaison: We charges 50% in deposit and that confirm your booking.

Cancellation & No show policy:
We keep the deposit, but the costomer can some another time, the money is not lost.

If you make a early check out or cancel, we charge you 2 extra days.
